If the USAR Driver name is red, the HPCORS driver has changed his USAR driver selection and may not do so again.
Each HPCORS driver may change his USAR counterpart selection to any other unselected USAR driver in his division, North or South, once (and only once) during the season. To do so, the driver must e-mail his new selection to mroyer1@comcast.net. Selection changes will be on a first come-first serve basis. No changes will be allowed after 01-Aug-2008. When a change is made, the entire season points of the newly selected USAR driver is used; the replaced driver's points are not used at all, even for past races.
